The experience was really disappointing. The room was freezing, the air conditioning barely worked, and the bathroom had mold everywhere. Plus, the staff couldn't seem to get anything right, which made it all so much worse.

It was very pleasant stay, I did not want to leave and would definitely return here. The staff was affable and welcoming all the time. The main bar was available on the premises.

Check-in was seamless, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The room was clean, with excellent bathroom facilities. We enjoyed afternoon tea that was good, and the staff were attentive to dietary needs. The spa treatments were a highlight, especially my massage with the talented Abbi, who was attentive and professional. The grounds were beautiful, providing a lovely space to unwind.
I can recommend this hotel.

I wasnt happy with the first room they provided, but they gave me an upgrade without fuss. the second room was lovely, and the spa was well appointed
The standard rooms were small and needed updating.

In a country location. Good leisure facilities. My room was spacious. Bathroom had separate bath and shower.
Someone had tried to re-grout the shower and left it unfinished which seemed strange.

I got great value for my money, especially with the spacious room and comfy bed.
The morning meal could use some more variety in the vegan options.

The hotel is set in a fine location with beautiful grounds that are well-kept, perfect for a stroll. The room we had was comfy and quiet, which meant we got a solid night's sleep. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and complimentary water bottles were nice touches, especially on a hot summer weekend. The event we attended was a blast and really added to our experience.
The food was a massive letdown. The soup tasted like water, and the chicken was unbelievably dry! Breakfast was a disaster too, and let’s not even talk about the sausages! Our room had a funky smell, and some in our group struggled with the lack of air conditioning. it was a mixed bag, leaving us pretty disappointed.

Staff reacted well to setbacks. Very nice room (albeit next to car park), but some lights didn't work. Excellent swimming pool.
Our room was for disabled people, and had no shower facility and an awkward bathtub. There was no TV remote or tea/coffe making facilities, but staff quickly remedied this. Directions for getting to hotel need to be reviewed.

Nice room. Reasonable food for such a big place
Problem at check in. Took me half an hour to convine them that I had a booking with Booked.net.
